The US Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released a new interactive tool to help federal contractors assess their compliance with the affirmative action program (AAP) requirements of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. 
The Checklist for Compliance with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was developed by OFCCP in coordination with the US Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy. While contractors are not required to use it (and using it doesn't ensure compliance), doing so may prove beneficial in enhancing awareness of AAP obligations and flagging potential problem areas in need of correction.
