The Disability and Employment Community is an online learning one-stop destination for the American Job Center network, people with disabilities, and employers. In addition, a resource for all key stakeholders who partner with the workforce system to provide services and programs to people with disabilities and/or other barriers to employment.

We hope you join our community as we collectively work together to support the national effort to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities. By joining, you will be able to:

  • Find Information: There are three key ways to find information. First, visit our Resource page specifically targeted for the American Job Center, an individual with a disability, and the employer. Second, enter your search term in the Search box at the top of any page. Third, navigate to our Top Community Content or Popular Topics listed on the Home page to know what your peers find useful.

  • Participate in Discussions and/or Community Chats: On our Discussions page you can have a dialogue with peers across the nation by asking questions, getting answers, or sharing your own experiences.

  • Find Upcoming and Archived Events: Find and register for upcoming training events listed in the Events tab located on the Home page. You can also access archived events.

  • Be “In the Loop”: Subscribe to our site updates to receive E-mail Notifications about new discussions, expert posts, resources, or training items posted on the Community. You can choose whether you want to be notified instantly, daily, or weekly.
